God Is Great, Beer Is Good, and People Are Crazy

Softball was good today. We won 8-6. I hit a triple!

The test thing went well this morning. I wrote about ipods in class.

I'm watching that 70's show. When we were in florida Liz said that Kitty reminded her of mom. She totally does.

I don't know what to talk about. Yesterday I realized that I talk to much, and just repeat the same stuff over again, so I decided I'm not going to talk as much.

I never knew that I was funny, til I went and made you laugh. Never like a girl to call me honey, but you did, I liked that. I keep thinking about your smile, trying to read between the lines, looks like I'll be up for a while.

It was just another story, printed on the 2nd page, underneath the Tiger's football score.
It said he was only 18
a boy about my age.
found him face down on his bedroom floor
they'll be services on Friday. at the lawrence funeral home.
Then out on Mooresville highway, they lay him neath a stone.

How do you get that lonely.
How do you hurt that bad.
to make you make the call, that having no life at all
is better than the life that you had.
How do you feel so empty, you wanna let it all go
how do you get that lonely. . . and nobody knows.

Did his girlfrient break up with him, did he buy or steal that gun?
did he lose a fight with drugs or alcohol.
Did his mom and daddy forget to say I love you son.
Did no one see the writing on the wall
I'm not blaming anybody, we all do the best we can
I know hindsight's 20/20 but I still don't understand.

How do you get that lonely.
How do you hurt that bad.
to make you make the call, that having no life at all
is better than the life that you had.
How do you feel so empty, you wanna let it all go
how do you get that lonely. . . and nobody knows.
-How do you get that lonely, Blaine Larson

unsinkable ships, sink
unbreakable walls, break
sometimes the things you think would never happen, happen just like that
unbendable steel bends, if the fury of the wind is unstoppable
I've learned to never underestimate
the impossible
